I did get my refund in the end, so that was a relief, but it took almost two weeks and I had to contact them twice to check what was going on. I don’t mind waiting a little, but it would’ve been much better if they’d kept me updated or reassured me that it was definitely being processed. The lack of communication made it more stressful than it needed to be.
